Make the Offer . . .

When you find your dream home, you should present a competitive offer immediately. Teresa will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis on the home so that you can make an informed offer. Teresa has extensive experience in contract negotiations. She will ensure that you get just what you want for a fair price -- a transaction in your best interest.  

The Contract . . .  

Once the seller accepts your offer, you go "in contract". You want to make sure every detail is handled accurately and immediately. Teresa will ensure that your home closes properly and in a timely manner.

Inspections . . .  

You're in the HOME Stretch! Final details are handled and inspections are performed to ensure the property is "perfect" for you. Contract details are further negotiated and we head to closing!  Find out what to expect at the home inspection

Head to Closing . . .
